1. Apart from spent convictions, as defined under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, have you been convicted of any criminal offence, or are there any criminal charges outstanding against you?
Depending on the role we carry out pre-employment screening checks.
2. Are you authorised/have the right to work in the UK and able to substantiate this by holding a British, EU or EEA passport or have a visa or other authorised documentation as stated by the Home Office 'Right To Work Checks' (specifically List A or List B)?
3. Do you have any specific requirements that we should know about so we can consider reasonable adjustments at interview/assessment or employment?
