Totec Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Technical Associate to work on for a World leading manufacturing company based in Plymouth.

Salary: Competitive

Monday to Friday 15:00pm – 23:00pm + 25% shift premium + 24 days annual leave + bank holidays

Candidate Skills and Background:

• Experience of working in a high volume, highly automated manufacturing environment, or a thorough knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Experience in process set-up activities.
• Experience in the promotion and application of all relevant Quality Control, Health, Safety and Environmental regulations and requirements.
• Technical or engineering qualifications desirable
• Ability to demonstrate a willing and positive approach to supporting operational needs.
• Ability to demonstrate fault finding, problem resolution and prevention of re-occurrence skills.
• Ability to demonstrate an understanding of continuous improvement and ownership.
